Have u been to the bank recently especially POSB? If ur planning to, forget about ur plan or more precise POSTPONE it to other dates. The queue was horribly LONG with curves like a mazes. Looks like everyone's rushing for the so-called "free cash" which was initially ours. Lucky for those that had applied for the option to credit the money direct to our own account at least the ATM wasn't that bad except for some places especially Tampines. Winnie told me that the ATM queue there is exceptionally long and the ATM's there would be "quench out", dry out of cash. Winnie, any other places besides Tampines to live in??? Hehhe... Now lets come back to the progress package money. So what do people do with the money? Some saves up, some spend on new HP, some shopping and some actually had the idea on spending the money taking cruise out of Singapore. My brother had just bought Nokia N70 which cost him above $650. Bastard.... Thats the phone i yearned for. Its fine with me cos i've only a month plus left before i buy my new phone by contract. Im thinking og getting a new no to avoid some unnecessary nuisance people however it do cause some hassles there. Let time decides then. Now back to the queue. What kind of persons do i see queueing up for the free-cash? I was expecting senior citizens which prefers cheque so that they can cash out the moneys rather than going by ATMs. There's quite a no of youngsters and teenage looking guys. I was saddened by this malay couples. Both had golden-hair with tattos all over their body. The girl wore a short spaghetti strip tank top with tattos exposing at the back. Hands, necks, all over. Well, thats Singaporean nowadays i guess. Then followed by a group of teenagers wearing like a metal punk type with boots and tapered jeans? Well, im surprise they can can slip their bigs legs through it. I certaionly hope for the best for those people out there. Hopefully they will see and understand what they are doing out there. On my way back home, we took a red SMRT cab. Oh boy, now its all about politics. Even the cabby whom clearly was not a PAP supporter was talking about the bad side of PAP. Oh boy, in this occasion, i can just "layankan je".. Hehhe.... Its been quite a couple of years ever since i saw some political parties ride on their mini-pickup with their loudhailers. Saw one PAP personnels in Tampines area y'day and recall me of the older days where everyone had to queue up and poll for the president. So what is the thing that everyone is looking for in our political parties. For sure, i would like a group of peoples that can led Singaporeans for the best in a more promenate and more appropriate way. I certainly will despise those "gangster" type of people from guiding us. It gave me a very bad impressions there. Well, its all up to individuals opinion.. |
